WHERE CAN I ACCESS MY CONTENT?
If you've purchased a product from us, you can head on over to our Products Section of the website and navigate to it from there. You should have received an email with detailed instructions - if you didn't, please check your Spam folder, and if you still don't see it, let us know.
I DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO MY CONTENT - HELP!
First things first - are you logged in? When you purchased the product, you created a username and password, which you can use with the LOGIN link up there on the right to get access to the site. If you're already logged in, trying logging out, then in again.
If that doesn't work, try a hard reset (CTRL+F5 or CMD+SHIFT+R) in your browser, or worst case, try a new browser - we recommend Chrome and Firefox. This system has been successfully used by guys all over the world with all sorts of browsers and Internet connections, so if it's not working for you, it's probably a temporary blip or something weird on your computer. Worst case, open a support ticket and we'll work with you to get it fixed.
WHAT IS TURNSEVEN, INC?
Turnseven, Inc. is the name of the company that operates The Social Man, as well as a few other businesses that help guys become more confident, more charismatic, and better all around. The name came from a race track in Michigan and a particularly fun set of turns - seven, eight and nine - and is obviously pretty arbitrary.
WHAT'S THIS CHARGE ON MY CARD?
Don't worry - we didn't turn your credit card details over to hackers. in fact, it's stored securely on our server, and no one can even see the full account number - the last four digits are the only things readable to us humans. And if there's a charge there from us, it wasn't an accident, so let's clarify things for you.
On a number of our programs, we include micro-subscriptions to provide you with additional material. It's our way of making sure that you get the most out of the course. The subscriptions always have a set time window so they don't drag on forever, and if you follow along with the material we've created, you will experience profound changes and better results.
We attempt to make it as clear as possible that these micro-subscriptions are a part of the courses. If you missed it, you can look at the Sales Page for any particular course, the details on it's Checkout Page, the Terms of Service you agreed to at checkout, and in the Email Receipt that came with the course. We've been in business for a long time, and trust us, it'd be very bad business to be deceptive about this sort of stuff.
With that said, if you missed all of those notices and the charges you're seeing are unexpected, we can work with you to reverse some of the charges. Just let us know what you think is fair and we'll make sure that you are happy.
WHAT DO I GET WITH MY SUBSCRIPTION?

ACCESSING YOUR STUFF
All of the material is available along with it's associated "Main" product. For example when you are on the Unbreakable section of the website, you'll see a few links in the menu bar, including one for Completely Unbreakable - that's where you can find it.
We've set the material to "drip" out over a period of time so that you're not overwhelmed with information, but rather, can watch and learn at a pace that allows you to actually get the most out of it!
WHY CAN'T I BUY ______?
If you're interested in a product but don't see any way to purchase it, then that means it's temporarily not for sale. We are always gathering customer feedback and tweaking things, working to make our products the very best that they can be. So if you don't see that something is currently available, that probably means that we're working to make it even better. As long as you're on our mailing list, you'll be notified when it comes online again.
WHAT ARE OFFLINE PAYMENTS?
If you're looking at your account and wondering the difference between "online" and "offline" payments, well... it's just a way that our system keeps track of orders. If you've made any "one-click" purchase from us that didn't involve directly entering your credit card number, they will show up as "offline" payments. That's because, for security purposes, your card data isn't transmitted "online" with these purchases; rather, a request is sent to our billing system, where it looks up your encrypted card data and runs it.
CAN YOU BURN A DVD FOR ME?
Except where expressly stated, our materials are not available on DVD.
