If you are a “beginner” (and by that we mean: you have a high level of social anxiety, or you have not done many cold approaches) we HIGHLY recommend the following books; reading them before the course starts will help you tremendously:
- Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway, by Susan Jeffers
- How to Talk to Anybody About Anything, by Leil Lowndes
