Brown Blazer... what to wear with it

I just got this pretty pimp brown blazer that I like wearing out with a casual T-shirt and jeans when I hit the bar scene at my campus... but I have black shoes, a black watch, black belt, and it doesn't really match too well and looked kind of awkward last night I wore it.

I really like the casual/blazer look for me with a cool T-shirt underneath. Should I match my belt/shoes/watch with my brown blazer or should I match it with my undershirt? And what colors go well with the brown blazer?

I got ridiculously into the blazer/t-shirt combo in Ann Arbor and continue it to this day.

The T shouldn't match the blazer but should compliment it. Unless you're wearing a black jacket or shirt your shoes and accessories should always be brown.

Red doesn't go particularly well with brown, and anything too neon doesn't work well with brown. Other than that, it's a really compatible color with just about anything.

Brown blazers in general are pretty badass

It's a good idea to have a collection of blazers in several basic colors: black, brown, grey, navy.

These 4 will get you through just about any outfit... I also enjoy a white blazer every once in awhile

cream shirt or a light brown one sounds good to me. yellow or white shirt sound good as well. Also is the blazer is it all one solid color or does it have lines, stripes, etc?
