As a followup to the introduction, I'd ask where she was heading. If she's on break - you may be able to ask her out to a lunch at the closest dining hall or maybe for a cup of coffee / smoothie. And then end with:

Do you have a phone on ya? Let me shoot myself a text, so we can add each other on FB later.

Will (and all) - I'd suggest that you NEVER ask a girl for her phone, then put your number in. its weird PUA behavior. Just ask for her number, that's all you need and then you can text her shortly thereafter.

i've had some sucess with busting out my iphone out and saying something like "hey I like talking to you, lets meet up sometime get boba (or gelato) and just asking for the number or have them put it in, dial it right there and smile.
