another great way to break out of the friend zone..

start doing fun / exciting things outside of her world. tell / show her you're busy. and then a few weeks later, invite her into your new world / the new you.. if you still feel the way you did about her then, tell her that strangely enough, you've really missed having her around. she'll become attracted by the new you and you will no longer have that "ruining the friendship" thing to worry about.

Wow, I had almost the exact same problem as that guy.
My biggest problem was trying to balance still being attracted to the girl, (which I am in a big way!) with not showing too much of this attraction to her, which would probably be a turn off, as it would indicate too much interest etc.
I really liked the last minute of the video with Christian's comment's. I thought I would have to completely kill my attraction for her in order to get result's, but obviously that is not the way to go.

I have a similar but worse situation from that descibed above. The woman I'm attracted to seems to be attracted to me but says she is not. We met at church (It could have been work)
She seems willing to be with me in social settings or group outings not not alone, or in datelike situations. I occasionally catch her staring at me which seems to embarass her. She looks away abruptly. Others in the past have noticed this strange dynamic.
We do send e mails often and we talk on the phone about once a week. For example, If I send an e mail saying "I wanted to talk about "xyz" she will dutifully call me up.and we'll have a nice conversation, sometimes for 30 to 45 minutes. I try to end the conversation first.

I have noticed when I am away for a week or two, she seems much friendlier and will approach me to talk when I return. Do I need to put more pysical distance between us? It is hard to escalate when I can't get her alone with me. She seems very nervoucs around me sometimes, or even frightened.

I have a really trickey one. Landed myself in the "freind" hole about 2 and half yesr ago. Distance is about 200 miles in uk but all contact is limited to texts and over phone. Have tons in common but shes dictatting the contact shedule and there is ntalk of impending marriage. She seems happy enough but ive knownn this lass (44 looks younger) and shes stalling at the moment on visiting me. ie. be down for visit in 3 weeks , oh no soethigns cropped up and so on. I m not given up but its dodgy calling at wrong time etc. She also is recovering fro bi polar and as far as im aware has not men health suppopt. Need help i knowing how to approach her. Weve flirted in past but thats as far as its gone. I am willing to try anything to get out of this situation and hopefully get her to see me in a different light. Bit like last commentator but we are not able to see each other pysically. Last convo she stated see me in 3 weeks.Can i find a new me in that time and if so whats the best method please Ive just turned 60 but look younger Thanks, Jay

I can say that somehow kiss that girl who is your friend and then propose...In this way u can get her. Otherwise she will tell u that she had seen u in the sense of a friend.
