If the connection is deep enough, I'd say pursue it. If it's just on the brink and you're having second thoughts, I try my best to keep work and love life separate. Now, if it's a type of work environment where you two can work on different teams, etc - it might not be so difficult.
But as Nick had advised, when you're out of work that is when you want to take back your control of leading the interaction as much as you can. Especially if you are her subordinate.
Nothing I have ever learned from previous coaching, online programs, books, etc. has amounted to the breakthroughs I underwent this past weekend. I cannot thank you enough. What are the rest of you waiting for?
